<p>I&#8217;m in a similar boat in that I have had great results over recent years and am tempted to &#8216;cash in&#8217; now. I guess it depends on what you want to get out of your property portfolio. For me I have full time income from my day job and view my PI&#8217;s as a super fund which I will use to fund my retirement.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everyone has a different situation, but my belief is that if you have good quality property that has proven capital growth and you can afford to hang on it then do so. The best time to sell some IP&#8217;s is when you are ready to retire, so you reduce debt and pay less capital gains.</p>
