It is full of practical step by step advice and includes sources for information in all states. It also includes Formulas for calculating if a property is +cf, your borrowing capcity and debt servicing ratio.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Residex have a comprehensive explaination of how they predict price movements. It becomes very involved and I must admit I was lost.</p>
<p>The report is current as at the Dec 03 quarter which makes it pretty much redundant given it is nearly 6 months on.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The loan I currently have is called a portfolio loan which is essentially a line of credit.<br />
It allows you to pay interest only but if your cashflow is positive the principle is paid off. The loan can be drawn on to the established limit without applications or fees.<br />
Cost a little extra in interest but it&#8217;s easy to menage.</p>
