<p>Sold in an area that has had great cap gains, but the rental incomes are quite low.</p>
<p>Have paid out my debts (so now I have more CF+ props ) &amp; have enough money left over to put back into several more deals that are CF+.</p>
<p>Looking forward to several more purchases this year &#8211; all going well</p>

<p>They will let you know how much the land value is after you have submitted your return &amp; they have calculated your tax payable (if there is any).</p>

<p>I did the same thing a couple of months ago with no problems</p>

But I suppose in NSW land value of this amount and over is probably becoming more &amp; more common.</p>
