Still busy reading some books at the moment [biggrin]<br />
Just started reading on Steve&#8217;s 3rd book and doing a bit research on some of the terms in Property investing. Steve mentioned about trust in his book. Anyone care to enlighten me on what it means to setup a property trust? Do we have to own a company etc?</p>
