<p>I found it fantastic and wished I had it before I started making offers!!!</p>

<p>I did the sums $230,000 6.57%Int 25yr is $359 per week repayment.</p>
<p>If you can get someone to pay this plus $80p/w = $439p/w&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; well go for it.</p>

$33 every inspection (usually every 3mths)<br />
$39 initial inspection (start of lease)<br />
$39 bond inspection (end of lease)<br />
$8 monthly account keeping, filing, phone calls etc<br />

<p>I had problems with my mortgage broker also, he said he would show me three different lenders and also a lender i preferred to go with based on my requirements.  Low and behold, he came up with one lender and my preferred one, but he told me my preferred lender couldn&#8217;t finance below $50K.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ouyen is in the middle of nowhere, 100km south of Mildura &#8211; which used to be good for +tve investments ( I used to live there). There may still be some good propertys in the surrounding suburbs of Mildura but I wouldn&#8217;t stray as far as Ouyen. Try Red Cliffs, Irymple, Merbein and Robinvale.</p>
