Maybe he’s en-route to Melbourne to “take care” of me for deleting some of his posts a fortnight ago…

Hmmm, so when they’re doing stories on MAP programs, some think it’s good… when they’re playing the spoiler card, it’s bad… I don’t have an opinion…[Read more]

yeah you passed… not too bad for a bum sniffer [lmao].
I’m a New South Welshman originally… my second cousin toured somewhere with the Wallabies years and years ago… Bruce Harland’s his name… so I hope that gains me some street cred…

My final say on this matter, as I’ve just sent to Pisces in a message.
I’m coming from the angle that it is ridiculous to make sweeping statements about the media and just lump it all in together.
I think it’s hard for some people to separate the 6pm news (which is my domain) from the 60 minutes and ACA of this world…
News as it pertains to…[Read more]

You seem to read into things too much and twist them to your liking, so I’ll clarify and spell it out better.
In my response I stated:
>>As for your case in terms of the defamed eye clinic… if the journo stuffed up, then they should get in trouble, I can’t be any clearer than that. Humans make mistakes, I just don’t agree with your…[Read more]

Hi Felicity…
It’s a stupid rule, but no matter how stupid the rule is, it should not be different just because the person who breached it is Ian Thorpe, that was the point I was trying to make about Joe Blow.
If a sport is governed by rules, they can’t just cover some of the competitors and not others, otherwise there’s no point having them in…[Read more]

Stupid rule, but a rule none the less, hopefully this might force a change… he’ll have to win the 100/200 and have some success in the relays…
I wonder if people would be caring if it was some Joe Blow, who might have devoted just as much time and training to his craft, but just didn’t have the profile of a Thorpey?
On the other hand, I’m…[Read more]

Hi Risky,
I like the look of Geraldton… but not Collie, Wagin or Esperance… yeah they’re regional service towns for surrounding farming districts, but not overly enticing for my goals… like I said horses for courses. Geraldton though looks good… growing population, diverse industry base etc. Only problem is that those 65k houses don’t…[Read more]

Aceydeucey,
If ethics are “a system of rules or principles for behaviour within a group or society according to which actions are judged” (from the Heinemann Australian Dictionary) then I believe the family home is the best place to learn them… of course it would help if that was backed up in the school system.

Aceydeucey,
What’s the worst forum then? And I’m curious to know why you think this forum is so bad… I have no ties to Steve, I’m no expert either and don’t claim to be… I just try and delete posts that are abusive etc, so I’m not being defensive over your comments.
FWIW I learn a lot more at the somersoft.com forum, but I do enjoy some of…[Read more]

So there’s “many” positive cashflow properties available is there? I assume you ain’t talking about Australia here, because while they do exist, they’re hardly plentiful, and where they are located is sometimes questionable in terms of making an investment…
Cheers
