<p>My sanity check on the RBA is what the bond market thinks. The RBA keeps statistics on daily bond yield rates on their web site. The current 5 and 10 year bond&hellip;<span class="activity-read-more" id="activity-read-more-238562"><a href="https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4377832-impending-interest-rate-rises/#post-4501108" rel="nofollow">[Read more]</a></span></p>

<p>The thing the article was unclear on was the criteria of growth forecast&hellip;<span class="activity-read-more" id="activity-read-more-286570"><a href="https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4375714-where-are-the-41-cashflow-postcodes/#post-4487962" rel="nofollow">[Read more]</a></span></p>

<p>Taxes scare off the little guys. Taxes are inconsequential &#8211; they are a minor part of the reason to invest. A true investor doesn&#8217;t worry about taxes. They take advantage of a falling market and make their money then!&#8221;</p>
<p>I heartily agree with Mel&#8217;s quote of M. Kiyosaki. I&#8217;m new in IP and I confess it&#8217;s taken me&hellip;<span class="activity-read-more" id="activity-read-more-248271"><a href="https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4372656-bye-bye-nsw-property-market-long/page/6/#post-4466201" rel="nofollow">[Read more]</a></span></p>

<p>Yep, it&#8217;s not just the coastal areas, but the inland NSW areas as well.</p>
<p>My wife and I bought a 3bdr b/v over a year ago 500m from the beach in Shellharbour area(1.5 hrs s. of sydney) and it&#8217;s gone 30% in the last year. I think much of it is the Sydneysiders looking anywhere that&#8217;s not expensive, plus a local council that&#8217;s smart&hellip;<span class="activity-read-more" id="activity-read-more-182553"><a href="https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4365593-state-by-state/#post-4415024" rel="nofollow">[Read more]</a></span></p>
