<p>&#8211; A renovated kitchen and/or bathroom is a big plus. Don&#8217;t overdo it, though &#8211; we sometimes pay a bit more for these upgrades but not as much as people might think. That said, it definitely gives an edge over otherwise comparable options.<br />
