well my solicitor finaly got the money 12 days late (better late than never) now I have a late settlement fine,thanks to all who replied ,<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I agree 80 years isn&#8217;t long in the big picture, if you look at the boom bust cycle of sydney over the last 20 years I wonder how my children will ever afford to buy a home here I have 5 kids the youngest is only 3 she will go through 2 or 3 more cycles before she&#8217;s even thinking about buying, what will they be woth then???</p>
