We plan to hold onto the property so in the long term it will pay off. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nelson, Blenheim area has the highest number of sunny days in NZ.  Top of the south island for those that aren&#8217;t sure.  Auckland area is definitely getting more and more sub-tropical with more rain and humidity.  Christchurch is getting drier with less rain fall.[8D]</p>
