Scary&#8230;&#8230;..  The agent called me about that house after it fell thru for you.  Too much similarity Dept Housing etc for it not to be the same house.  The agent is great and sounded as upset about it as you do.  Just about to offer when discovered it sold over the weekend.</p>

One of the  main reasons as I understand it for the 20% down is for ease of getting the finance.  Looking at the larger picture for multiple deals&#8230;Banks will be more willing to keep lending multiple deals with 20%.<br />

Have been doing alot of reading.  The seminar confirmed what I had heard before, introduced a lot of new material, gave great ideas and concepts as well as specific strategies for progressing &#8211; no wishy washy vague directions.  As a newbie with fire to move forward, it gave me some great ideas.</p>
