<p>I have an older renovated house ( 5 min walk to beach/train) and 15 km from Melbourne cbd.</p>
<p>Small section of the house is 50 degree slope and the rest is ok. Current situation is liveable.</p>
<p>What to do? Spend money on underpinning? Its For PPOR. I have read alot about Footscray but to live there, I wouldnt consider it for its well known heroin problem.</p>
<p>I work in the city, drive to work, so need to consider traffic and ease of driving to work.</p>

<p>I was wondering if there are individuals that set up smsf with $100k with a view of investing in real estate?</p>
