<p>Have you looked into setting up a corporation. Should anything happen to any one of you(i.e. Death, Marriage, or Divorce) you can set up a clause in the bylaws that gives the other two members first option on the exiting person&#8217;s shares. I would have to defer to a financial expert though.</p>
