<p>Has anyone purchased this report before? If so can you tell me if the prices is worthwhile and if there is state data included also? </p>

<p>I&#8217;d please like to know the best websites available (free or paid) for accessing long term historical property prices. The detail ideally would be structured on a national / state / city level. </p>
<p>To date I&#8217;ve simply used the realestate.com data but I really don&#8217;t find it particularly accurate or helpful. </p>
