    Hi guys

I’d please like to know the best websites available (free or paid) for accessing long term historical property prices. The detail ideally would be structured on a national / state / city level.

To date I’ve simply used the realestate.com data but I really don’t find it particularly accurate or helpful.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks
    Mike

I’ve just noticed https://reia.asn.au/ offers reports with quarterly average property prices per capital city dating back to 1980 for a cost of $75.

Has anyone purchased this report before? If so can you tell me if the prices is worthwhile and if there is state data included also?

Obviously a free report is preferable but if there is a paid report highlighting all the information I’m after then I’m prepared to pay for it.

    Thanks
    Mike
