It would have been better to make a smaller gain than to pay 8 weeks of interest etc. If you were to make less on the deal, then move on you would still be in front.</p>

With the numbers you have given, it would seem unlikely that you would have people rushing for the deal.<br />

I was only ever used to act as a filter when searching numerous properties.<br />
With the dwindling number of properties that fit the 11 sec rule, yhere is a greater need to become a bit more creative, and/or set up better networks within the real estate business.</p>

If the wrapee defaults with a house, you are left with an asset that can be re wrapped.<br />
