i saved about $7k on the painting and i also saved more by doing the electrical and demolition  myself</p>

Floor space is 112m2&nbsp;Internal space is 60m2.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I was receiving quotes between $90k&nbsp;&#8211; $200k&nbsp;So the gap is quite large.</p>

<p>best thing to do would be to check out your local real estate agents and see what size some of the units they have listed and compare the size that way. </p>
