									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If I am correct&#8230; the assumption is that the loan runs for a full 30 years and the balance is $450k.</p>
<p>I.e. 450k * .60 = 2700 upfront and, 450k * .2=900 trail.  900 p.a. trail * 29 years = 26100 (assumes no trail paid year 1).<br />
So 2700+26100 = 28000</p>
