									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks guys.But never said i&#039;d be claiming interest on the new PPOR Loan.So might just convert girlfriends loan to interest only rent property out and not withdraw any equity.Then start new normal PPOR loan for new property.Otherwise i&#039;d be limited to an interest deduction of 192,000/224,000 = 85.71% of the $224,000 loan.</p>
