									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think you will find Steve and Dave&#8217;s mix is more like 40 wraps the rest Buy and Hold. Also not all would be residential.</p>
<p>Also, Steve never says that he owns them all at one time, he has control over them then gets cashed out does it again. Holds a seminar&#8230;does it again, sells some books&#8230;does it again.</p>
<p>And keeps playing the game!</p>

<p>I wouldn&#8217;t joke about the &#8220;Travelling Real Estate Investor&#8221;. I think that is a great idea, to potentially make you even more money. Let&#8217;s face it everything these days is Property <strong>THIS</strong> Investing <strong>THAT</strong>.</p>
<p>Make sure you take lots of Video footage. And plenty of notes. Come back and put it all together.</p>

Listened to different opinions and I think it would be nice if Steve could be a bit more clearer on how this has worked for him, and is it still possible (five minutes at the seminar on Unlimited finance and one hour on standing around trying to buy a house&#8230;hmmm).</p>
