<p>Still not fixed and I doubt it ever will be. I have been to Fair trading but they take their time.</p>
<p>I have wasted so much energy on this that soon I will give up and buy another one. It wont be a Mistral thats for sure.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have bought a number of these. Generally  they are in the less desirable areas. As for quality of the building, I&#8217;ve found them to be quite well built but usually knocked around by the tennants a fair bit.</p>
<p>With a bit of a spruce up they look quite good and wrap very well if that is your strategy. <p>They inflate the price they will get for you and suck you in with their no sale no pay deal.</p>
<p>Then the house sits and sits, gets stale and in the end they give up on it.</p>
