<p>I do negotiate higher concessions with the banks however I find it more important to get a lender who can turn deals around quickly and who is willing to lend you the money to continue to build your portfolio.</p>

<p>CC has been used for investment and personal however only investment purchases have been paid with LOC.</p>
<p>Eg. If I spend $204.95 I would pay exactly $204.95 back from LOC and put a description in to marry up what&#8217;s been paid.</p>

The Valuation may be $1.5mil but Required Insurance Amount &#8211; $200k ? See what I mean&#8230; Required Insurance Amount only takes into the account of rebuilding the house and doesnt include the land value.</p>
