<p>the agent told that they cant go out to the property to read the water meter the same time as sydney water to determine how much water each tenant uses so I&#039;ll have to bear the cost.</p>
<p>can someone recommend a good real estate agent in western sydney?</p>

<p>My agent have given all reasons why I should be paying. I am not happy with their response.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>it doesnt make sense to me borrowing to cover debt but these people are actually teaching their clients to do just that. and yes, 1 is trying to sell me my first 2 properties worth over $1.15m.is it still difficult to find a positive cash flow property in the current market?</p>
