<p>Thanks again i appreciate it. Everyone I speak to and all I read says how its important to have a good team working together and I feel a bit behind the 8 ball when my own accountant doesnt like IP&#8217;s.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a friend with an investment property in mt druitt. ABout 12 months ago his tenant moved out. During the vacant period kids removed and smashed the roof tiles jumped in through the gyprock ceilings and then kicked the walls in and smashed the toilets.</p>
