									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am considering buying a unit in a complex of about a dozen.<br />
there are only ground floor and 1 level on top.</p>
<p>the ground floor units are 15 k cheaper that the units on top of them, the units above have small balconies otherwise same.<br />
the complex would have stairs.</p>
