I am considering buying a unit in a complex of about a dozen.
there are only ground floor and 1 level on top.

the ground floor units are 15 k cheaper that the units on top of them, the units above have small balconies otherwise same.
    the complex would have stairs.

I always thought ground floor is in more demand because not needing to climb stairs every day?

Can anyone shoot me some insights?

    Thanks

I always pay more for higher floors (basically more light).

Some people don’t like stairs, having said that I live on the 4th floor and never have an issue with stairs.
