<p>We are considering <a href="https://www.propertyinvesting.com/buying-investment-property/" class="finpostlink" rel="nofollow">purchasing a property</a> constructed from Besser Blocks.</p>
<p>The internal wall are unfinished, simply being painted Besser Block.</p>
<p>We are considering plastering the walls (rather than Gyprock), it is a &#039;Spanish&#039; style house so a slightly rough finish would suit the character of the house.</p>

<p>It now seems that &#8220;an arrangement&#8221; has been made with the owner who wants early access to the property anyway.</p>

Ask them who their target is, what they will do to sell it, why should you choose them etc. Ensure their goals are the same as yours.
