westan, In regards to Homepath, would they look at us with a poor history of home loan repayment??

I didn’t want to get into the specifics of our situation, but in defence of myself, the personal loan was our “deposit” for the home loan, so essentially we borrowed 100% of the loan for our home.

We have just had our tax returns done for the last financial year. Our costs were as follows:

Trust Tax $440.00
Company $440.00
Personal $ 90.00

The company is a fairly small practice in Brisbane, but they provide good service.

Hi Motivated,
I live in Springwood which is about 10 minutes north of the Beenleigh area you are looking at. if you are looking to +ve gear in the area, I personally wouldn’t waste my time, I don’t believ the numbers add up.
