									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have to remove the asbestos panels on our old house before we knock it down and we have had a quote from a pro outfit for 2.5K</p>
<p>The laws have changed in the last couple of years and has to be done by qualified removers not the spivs.</p>
