									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i wouldn&#039;t  call a good coffee an &#039;unnecessary expense&#039;!!vital to my life.. i probably spend around $20 per day on good coffee.. let alone just spending a small fortune on a coffee machine.. coffee beans are around $48 per kg too..add good quality italian hot chocolate to that too..</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>thanks raddles,i&#039;m in victoria. actually i don&#039;t think my solicitor knows anything!  he claims that he has a wealth of experience but so far, i haven&#039;t seen any evidence to support this.i will ring the law society in victoria and also try to find a decent solicitor in melbourne.maybe someone on this list may know of someone.</p>
