									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nah have just refinanced anyway.  Will be using an offset for the current PPOR mortgage.  Don&#8217;t know how we&#8217;ll afford a mortgage if we borrow the lot and buy a PPOR on equity.  It kills me to say it but we may just have to sell our current PPOR.</p>
<p>Unless anyone has some ideas?</p>

<p>Currently minimum payment per fortnight $596 P&amp;I @ 6.62% variable<br />

The original loan was for $202K(30 year loan), now i owe $169K and was thinking of refinancing (25 year loan)  so my fortnightly repayments are less.</p>
<p>Any advice would be appreciated prior to meeting the broker!</p>

I used Mortgage choice to help with my first mortgage, I&#8217;m not sure how specialised they in arranging finances effectively to minimise risk.  Would more of a freelance mortgage broker be a better option?</p>
