We bought a block there 6 months ago for $115,000 and the same sized blocks are now selling for around the $150,000 marks.<br />

I&#8217;m with Terry &#8211; seems like the rent should be well and truly increased.<br />
Wish I had the same problem with one of my rental properties. It only just got tenanted yesterday after a few months of waiting.</p>

Have you considered looking at Vale. It is a new subdivision right next to Ellenbrook but it is a private estate. The land is very reasonably priced and the restricted covenance on each property are excellent &#8211; ie, each house has to have a double lock up garage etc&#8230;<br />

One minute it&#8217;s really busy and the next it&#8217;s fairly slow. Having done some number crunching, I&#8217;ve realised that unfortuinately due to the fact I have recently bought an IP elsewhere, I am not going to be able to afford this block of land.<br />
Even with a 50/50 partner it is still beyond my means. It&#8217;s a real shame as it&#8217;s such a bargain and the owners want out!<br />

The front property has been renovated both inside and out. It looks very pleasant from the front &#8211; obviously not like a brand new property, but for a 1960&#8217;s house it certainly is very neat and tidy and overall well presented.<br />
