									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>thanks for recommernding Hans book mini, i have spent the past week or so studying it. There are a lot of good and bad aspects that i can see in relocating. To be honest i am now more inclined to look further into spec homes.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The guy who was selling the houses was the same guy who does the transportation, he has about 20 houses 4 sale, do you think it is more  expensive going through people like this?<br />
Perhaps it would be cheaper to find the house seperatley and then call in the trasportation guys? (what do you think)</p>

What should the cost roughly be for removal and restumping alone?</p>

I plan to buy 15 positive properties to begin and then take it from there.<br />
I would rather invest alone than with a partner.</p>
