<p>It&#039;s a real estate book written by the chairman of Century 21 Australasia. It was originally published back in 1994, but has been updated and rewritten for 2013.</p>
<p>It is geared more towards real estate agents, but has a lot of good info for anyone interested in real estate.</p>
