<p>Sounds like you are doing well. I have one IP (negative geared) in SYdney and am now eager to get another that is Positively geared to try to offset the costs, just having a bit of trouble getting a good system in picking Positive properties!!! Any hints or suggestions to help me kick start!</p>

<p>FYI &#8211; You are able to change agents at any stage you feel like irrespective of the length of your managing agents agreement. You will have to check though because  generally there is a clause stating that you are required to give them notice (30 days is normal though some agents do 60!)
