<p>I had the same problem, even though my IP is not far from Nowra in NSW. There are QS that will do a survey based on photos and any plans ..etc you may have. I was told to take a disposable camera..use the whole film and make sure I took photos of everything..also if happened to build the house..copies of documents&#8230;.<br />
