Thanks very much for the centrelink info. After more searching I have come across the Commonwealth Sate Housing Agreement (CSHA) which appears to also help with payments towards rent. Thanks very much for your reply. This looks exactly what I was looking for however I was hoping not to have to pay that much. But I guess it would probably be worth it.
