<p>I now rethink how I would add value in a cheaper way like changing door knobs and repainting the kitchen and bathroom. As for the wall paper &#8211; I properly rent it out until it need replace then I just stripe it off and repaint the whole house.</p>

The unit we are getting is in very good condition. Its doesn&#8217;t require any major comestic reno but I might take up your idea and see if we can improve it better. [happy3]<br />
