<p>Am I correct in assuming your a morgage broker? Would you know what kind of deposit and interest rate you could get to invest purely in property trusts? Would it be compariable to direct property investing? LPT are 40% less variable than shares, so a margin loan just doesn&#8217;t seem right.</p>
<p>Appreciate any further advice.</p>

I&#8217;ve done some research, and you can borrow up to 60% under the reg&#8217;s, and if you margin loan into a proeperty trust, you can effectively increase your borrowing by another 60%.
