    @citrustea Don’t know where to start asking so you’re it. I’m a Texas realtor. I have buyer that wants to buy 2.008 ac cleared lots (10 lots: 50′ x 175′ each, adjacent to each other) listed for $350K. Harris County has them appraised at $30K market. That area is 15/20 minutes from downtown/major intersections, and developing. He can come up with $100K (for closing and payment on principal). He needs financing for the remaining $250K. He has other properties, free and clear, that he can cross collaterize. He’s working on his ‘resident alien’ status so he has his ITIN/no social security number but he’s been reporting on his IRS FORM 1040. Are there any lenders/investors/private individuals/developers/home builders, etc. that can help with the financing. Buyer’s intention is to build residences or apartments. (Sorry, I have no details on this, but I can find out answers for your questions on this issue) Please advise.
