starting to look at investing just reading 0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years by Steve McKnight firstly we have to get out of bad debt car loan personal loan credit card interest free etc, going to refinance debt consolidation, this will bring my repayments from $365 p/w to $169 p/w, however we are living ok with a debt repayment of $365 pw, so will refinance debts and pay an extra $200 p/w on debt and save the rest for a deposit on our first property along with what we save already we will hit the save target of $500 p/w, however we will need to take out car rego two cars etc from this, we are in a unique position where we have a mortgage but don’t own house (mother and father in laws) they don’t understand the concept I am trying to achieve, so my wife and I can see the benefits see how we go?
