Within the next two years I may be looking to purchase a unit / apartment within the Melbourne CBD with a view to short term renting the property and having the opportunity for my family to also use the property once or twice a year.
I have properties in SA and NT but do not know much about the property market in the Melbourne CBD.
Ideally we would be looking at a two bedroom unit, any feedback you or the site can provide would be greatly appreciated.
