Doing Deals With OPM: The Art of Leveraging Other People’s Money To Scale Your Developments

    Sydney Property Meeting is back!!!!

We have a new venue and a reduced entry fee.

We have lined up a great speaker and of course you will have the chance to meet other awesome investors and potential JV partners in our focussed networking session.

NOTE: This will be a live meeting only, there will NOT be an option for Zoom.

Our next live meeting is at Crown Hotel Parramatta on Wednesday 3rd August 2022.

If you’ve been thinking about how you can scale your developments than this next event is just for you.

Developing can be highly profitable but it is also very resource intensive. To undertake even a small development, you would require hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and the ability to borrow to fund purchase and construction.

This can make it very difficult to scale to the point of doing multiple developments, or even to get started if you are lacking some of the resources. The solution to this is to work with others to combine resources and increase your leverage.

If you have read Rich Dad Poor Dad, you will know that in property and investing, one of the most powerful forms of leverage is OPM (other people’s money), and this event is going to be all about showing you how to use OPM correctly in your developments.

This month, we will have a full-time developer presenting, Adam Barry who partners with other investors to undertake developments as part of their everyday business. He will be going through:

    • Developing a property strategy that will use OPM
    • Producing a compelling opportunity that attracts investors
    • Identifying and securing deals (without their own money)
    • Conducting due diligence on deals to ensure their investors stay happy
    • Raising capital and securing funding
    • Managing the investor relationship throughout the deal
    • REAL CASE STUDIES (not just theory)

Adam Barry owns Develop Capital: a residential property development business and is an expert in small scale property developments. He uses OPM by putting together syndicates to execute residential property developments.

You won’t want to miss this meeting.

How do I contact the organiser?

Scaling is about taking a startup to the next level, but not everyone needs it. For example, if your goal is not to expand the project or reach a new profit level, there is no point in scaling. And there is also no point if production is not ready.
