Any recs for a reputable mortgage broker that knows a thing or two about investing who’s located in the Sydney City/ Nth Shore area? Also someone who can provide advice on the best way to borrow/structure our investments moving forward as we build our portfolio?

    Thanks

    Hi there

Not sure if TerryW is taking on new clients but if so he is based in Sydney.

Other than that if you need a face to face chat with a Broker regretfully can’t recommend anyone per say.

    Cheers

    Richard

If you don’t need face to face then you can hit up anyone – Richard above would be a good start.

    Cheers

As Jamie stated its not necessary to see someone face to face due to technology such as Skype, email etc.

Got many clients who I have never met in person through out Australia and overseas and no issues that I am aware of.

This guy is a great broker and is Sydney based: https://elitepropertyfinance.com/contact-us/

You will find that it is more efficient for you and for your broker to be in contact via email/phone instead of driving to your broker’s office every now and then.

100% agree. Also – with email, everything’s captured in writing so you can always go back and re-read if there’s something you didn’t quite grasp straight away.

All in all – technology makes life so much easier/efficient.

    Cheers
