I work in the property investing world, but haven’t don’t any deals of my own in Australia yet
I’ve got an idea I want to start flipping, do people recommend a course or mentorship based solely on flipping or a more broader range mentorship that includes flipping
I guess there’s many ways to skin a cat, I’m wondering if a bigger community that’s included would have more access to more money partners ?
If flipping is your primary goal, I’d focus on finding a mentor who is actively doing flips in today’s market rather than a general property program. That said, a larger community can be incredibly valuable for finding JV partners, private lenders, and deal referrals. Ideally, look for a program that offers both: proven flipping expertise and a strong network of active investors.
