    Hi all,

    I’m looking to connect with investors and JV partners involved in residential renovation and flip projects across Melbourne, VIC.

    About me:
    I work professionally as a Project Manager with a background in civil and construction project management, overseeing projects from planning through to delivery. I have worked with various Councils and very familiar with a lot of the complex processes involved with renovations.
    My experience includes budgeting, programme scheduling, contractor coordination, procurement, and ensuring works are completed on time and within scope.

    What I’m seeking:
    I’m interested in partnering with:

    Investors requiring a reliable, on-the-ground project manager to oversee renovation or flip projects end-to-end, or
    JV partners where I contribute project management expertise, construction oversight, and execution in exchange for a profit share.

    I understand many investors don’t always have the time, local presence, or technical background to manage projects closely. I’m well positioned to step in and ensure projects run efficiently, professionally, and with clear communication throughout.

    Example JV structures:

    1. Investor-funded projects (management JV):
    Where the investor funds acquisition, renovation, and holding costs, I manage the project end-to-end, typically structured within market profit-share ranges aligned to project scope and delivery responsibility.

    2. Deal sourcing + project management JV:
    Where I source the opportunity and manage the full renovation and delivery process, profit share is structured to reflect both deal origination and project execution contributions.

    All structures are flexible and tailored to the specifics of each project, capital input, and risk profile.

    Additionally, if you already have a property underway and would simply like a second opinion on renovation strategy, budgeting, or managing trades, I’m always open to a conversation and sharing insights where helpful.

    My focus is on building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships where projects are well managed and outcomes are optimised for all parties.
