Structures when buying for children

Hi Steve,

i noticed from various webinars and seminars that you are starting to buy property for your children.
i would like to do the same. I realise that this is a huge topic with many factors.

However, i was wondering if you could share what entity structures you decided to use and why.  Could you share your thoughts?
