I am starting out in commercial and am wondering what would be required for JV partners if I am doing lease only commercial deals.

Focusing in the Canberra area as I live here and can visit the tenants to see what they would be needing to ensure a greater WALE

If you are only involved in commercial leasing in Canberra, joint venture partners will be required to contribute to financing, property management, legal and accounting support, as well as assistance in tenant analysis and WALE improvement. Your local presence gives you an advantage—you can interact with tenants in person and quickly identify their needs to enhance the appeal of your properties.

So where and how can I go for JV people. This is so when I locate a deal I can contact them and we can quickly start the due diligence to see if it is a viable buy.
