Hi Everyone,
Its been quite a while since anyone posted about finance in the USA but just want to let you know I have a bank in north Texas who is keen to lend to Australian’s purchasing residential or commercial real estate for investments. I used this person in 2010-2012 and when he worked at Independent Bank of Texas and he arranged $5m in lending for mostly Aussies at the time. 30% deposit and 20 year terms
