Hi team,
A questions about easements if you have experience. I’m getting a right of way easement of my neighbour for his driveway and his getting an easement from me for the placement of a private pole.
A solicitor said he’ll do a transfer granting easement and said to get a plan from my surveyor so they can go ahead….my surveyor said he can lodge an 88b and register the easement and only needs solicitor to ratify the 88b document but for nothing else.
Any suggestions? Just go the cheaper option? Any experience if there is a difference between the two methods?
